This site is my public notebook.
I work mostly in customer communication management: document composition, transformation, delivery, accessibility, and the infrastructure around those systems. It is a surprisingly deep domain where details matter and where a lot of companies still live with painful, manual workflows.
I am especially interested in the intersection of CCM and AI:
- document quality checks that actually understand the business context,
- migration tooling for old templates and composition systems,
- accessibility workflows that are less manual,
- developer and consultant automation that saves real time,
- product ideas that come from field experience rather than slide decks.
I will use this place for technical notes, build logs, and opinions that are too long for chat.
